WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently do not take insurance; however, we can provide you with the necessary paperwork so that you may submit it yourself. We feel that we can provide the highest quality of care without the limitations of insurance stipulations.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

New patient assessments are required for new patients before receiving treatment. Typically, an evaluation will take 10-15 minutes. Once the doctor has decided what is wrong and how he can help you, you will receive your first standard treatment. Total visit is around 45 minutes.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

Doctors of Chiropractic are considered a primary portal of entry doc, so most do not need a referral. Some insurances may require a referral from your PCP in order for you to bill them for the exam so please check with your insurance.

DO YOU TREAT CAR WRECKS/ACCIDENT INJURIES?

We do work with local attorneys on car wrecks under a Letter of Protection from the attorney of your choice. We also work with third-party car insurance companies if you do not have an attorney.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located upstairs in the beautiful Female Health Associates building located in SouthSide Fort Worth, TX.
